We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Production Execution Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring efficient shop floor operations.

 

Job description:

Required Qualifications

·       Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SAP PP/Production Execution implementation experience.

·       S/4HANA Expertise: At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

·       Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of MRP Live, production order execution, shop floor controls, and capacity planning.

·       Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration points with MM, WM/EWM, and QM modules.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

 

Preferred Skills

·       SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing certification.

·       Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) or SAP MII.

·       Knowledge of ABAP debugging and Fiori application customization

 

Key Responsibilities

·       System Configuration: Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning) and Production Execution modules.

·       Process Optimization: Streamline manufacturing processes including discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing.

·       Shop Floor Integration: Connect SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and supervisory control data systems.

·       Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements and map them to SAP best practices.

·       Data Migration: Manage the migration of production master data including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work centers.

·       Testing & Validation: Standardize, execute, and document unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Training & Support: Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
