Job Description:
Media Rights Domain Mandatory: Strong experience in Media Rights domain Job  Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the Media Rights domain. The role involves end-to-end requirement management, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of business requirements in media rights-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have strong experience working in the Media Rights domain with media customers.Perform detailed stakeholder analysis and manage cross-functional communication.

Prepare Requirement Study Agenda (RSA) and Requirement Study Questionnaire (RSQ).Circulate RSQ to stakeholders, collect responses, and consolidate inputs.Conduct requirement elicitation workshops with business stakeholders.Capture and document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.Analyze requirements using structured techniques to identify gaps and business needs.Translate business problems into clear solution requirements.Perform domain research on customer business and Media Rights processes.Prioritize, organize, and manage requirements effectively.Design solution overview and application architecture at a high level.Prepare detailed documentation such as BRD, FRD, FSD, SRD, PDD, FRS, etc.Conduct peer reviews with QA, Dev, and Project Management teams.Conduct walkthroughs with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full coverage and traceability.Obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders on requirement documents.

Baseline and maintain requirement documents for future reference.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate delivered functionality.Capture lessons learned and share with teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Strong Business Analysis experience in Media Rights domain (mandatory).

Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.Hands-on experience with RTM, BRD, FRD, and other BA artifacts.Strong capability in gap analysis and solution definition.
