We are looking for an SAP Datasphere BDC Consultant – NYC, NY – Onsite from Day 1 – Contract for the below role. Kindly let me know if you are interested to apply further.
Job Duties:
Designed and developed cross-module data flows, transformation flows, and analytical models in SAP Datasphere, enabling advanced, real-time reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Install and Consume Intelligent application in Business Data Cloud.
Integrate SAP Databricks with BDC cockpit and maintain and cataloguing in the BDC Cockpit.
Worked with Data Packages and intelligent applications for Business use cases.
Maintain and setup User provisioning in BDC cockpit.
Architecting the BDC components with the best Data modelling design incorporating Datasphere/SAC and Databricks.
Built Finance, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and Procurement dashboards in SAC leveraging Datasphere analytical models and S/4HANA CDS views
Developed and maintained space management, scope roles, and layered architecture within Datasphere to ensure effective governance, scalability, and structured data organization.
Build calculation views using layered architecture in HANA Cloud and Native HANA for the data modelling and reporting.
Experience designing hybrid data models integrating SAP S/4HANA and Datasphere for enterprise reporting
BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere experience
Experience with SAP Native HANA development using graphical and SQL-based Calculation Views and stored procedures for custom analytical solutions.
Experience developing custom reporting solutions leveraging CDS Views, Calculation Views, and stored procedures
Proficient in requirements gathering, blueprinting, and preparing functional/technical specifications for end-to-end data and analytics projects.
Strong expertise in SAP development methodologies, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
Must be able to work on site 4 days per week
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior managers and the business.
