Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and Python automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, API testing, end-to-end functional testing, and quality assurance processes across enterprise applications. This role requires a proactive professional who can design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and test case management.

• Strong programming experience in Python for automation framework development and scripting.

• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Python-based frameworks.

• Experience in UI, Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.

• Strong understanding of Test Automation Frameworks and best practices.

• Experience with SQL and database validation.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca and Python.

• Build and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Develop automated tests for web applications, APIs, databases, and backend services.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in test planning, estimation, and release activities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and automation reports.

• Drive quality improvements and automation best practices across the QA team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized testing environments.

• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM.

• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

• Tosca Certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance domains is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
