Go/React heavy and backend will help right now we are Database heavy and backend he will have to ramp up, which I am sure he will but complementing will help

JD:

Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) to work hands-on with business stakeholders on your solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to understand and empathize with customers, and experience at a senior technical lead level. 

These would need to be like tech leads who are mature enough to pick up business needs, extreme customer focus and partner with them with minimum guidance – should be go getter, innovative and able to work with the wider technical and programs team to get help when needed. A Validator and rapid builder embedded directly with a business team. 

 Mindset Shift: Identify what hurts most and fix it fast

Rapidly assess the most immediate and painful issues, then develop solutions at speed. Focus on the shortest, highest-impact problems—the ones consuming real time and causing real frustration today.

Scope + Builder

Determine how AI applies to the identified pain point. Define the shape of the solution and the data it requires—then build it. Act as both an observer and a maker.
