Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location : Whippany, NJ – Local candidates needed.

Job Description:
ā¢ Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and domain processes
ā¢ Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs
ā¢ Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) experience
ā¢ Global delivery model experience
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g.,Informatica Cloud)
ā¢ Participation in each phase of Salesforce.com (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support)
ā¢ Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
ā¢ Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
ā¢ Minimum 3 + years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
ā¢ Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations, including data model, security, scalability, and integrations
ā¢ Design FSC solutions covering Client 360, Financial Accounts, Goals, relationships, and industry-specific processes
ā¢ Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
ā¢ Experience managing work streams
ā¢ Manage development teams using Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
ā¢ Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement)
ā¢ Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
ā¢ Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
ā¢ CICD/Release Management
ā¢ Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.
