Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across our engineering and platform teams. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, program execution rigor, and stakeholder management to drive large-scale initiatives from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams (engineering, data, platform, and product).
Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices for program governance, reporting, and communication.
Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Manage stakeholder expectations across senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, including Agile/PI planning and execution.
Track and report program status, KPIs, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles.
Strong technical background with experience in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), distributed systems, or data platforms.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, data platforms, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and operational excellence practices.
Experience working with cross-geography teams and offshore/onshore models.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
