•       These consultants support seven manufacturing factories

•       Onsite presence is mandatory to ensure shopfloor continuity, rapid incident response, and production stability

 

Essential Skills: Experience  Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME| MII with SAP ERP modules PP| SAP EWM| SAP PCo| Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with custom applications.Experience in support model knowledge on Incident| Changes Problem ManagementProvides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support. compliant with in the SLA to deliver effective resolutionProvide  Plant floor application Support in various site such as Wilton  San Diego

Need to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscapeInteract with customer and make sure high availability of application with on time supportCoordinate with various support team and troubleshooting of technical problems.Coordinate  align with project  LCM team make sure application upgrades planned  executed wellEvaluating customers factory requirements and problem areasPerforming gap analysis of the key problem areas| evaluated multiple MES products for best fitment for the requirements and problemsDrive the team of MES consultants to achieve the goal of integrate a most suitable manufacturing product globally for customer which is diversified enough to meet most of the problems and requirementsCreating Functional and technical specification documentation.
