Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the organization in adopting Scrum practices.
Plan and guide Scrum implementations across the organization.
Help employees and stakeholders understand and apply Scrum and empirical product development principles.
Recommend changes that improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Scrum Team.
Ensure the Product Owner is equipped to manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize value.
Facilitate Scrum events as needed.
Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in traditional technical project management, artificial intelligence, SAFe Agile methodology, cybersecurity, and information security. They should also demonstrate the ability to drive Scrum adoption, support Agile transformation, and enhance team effectiveness through coaching and process improvement.
