Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Debt Manager Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale collections and recoveries solutions. The architect will define target-state architecture, integration strategies, data migration approaches, and governance standards while ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

Define end-to-end Debt Manager solution architecture.

Lead architecture workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Design collection and recovery operating models leveraging Debt Manager capabilities.

Enterprise Integration

Architect integrations with:

* Core Banking Systems
* Salesforce CRM
* Payment Platforms
* Credit Bureaus
* Data Warehouses
* Customer Communication Platforms
Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.

Data & Migration

Define data architecture and migration strategy.

Lead migration from legacy collections systems to Debt Manager.

Establish data governance and reconciliation frameworks.

Technology Leadership

Create architecture standards and development guidelines.

Review technical designs and code quality.

Mentor developers and technical leads.

Support estimation, planning, and risk management.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with:

* FDCPA
* GDPR
* CCPA
* Banking and financial regulations
Establish security and audit controls.

Required Skills

Deep expertise in Debt Manager architecture and implementation.

Strong understanding of debt collection and recovery operations.

Experience architecting enterprise-scale financial services solutions.

Expertise in:

* API Architecture
* Microservices
* Event-Driven Architecture
* Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure)
* Integration Platforms
* Data Migration Strategies
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

TOGAF Certification.

Enterprise Architecture experience.

Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or CRM transformation experience.

Experience with AI-driven collections and predictive analytics.

DevOps and Cloud Native Architecture experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent architecture certifications preferred.

Debt Manager product certifications preferred.
