Job Title: Director, Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness
Location: Dallas, TX(Day One Onsite)
Required Experience
ā 12+ years of consulting, transformation, strategy, operations, or organizational effectiveness experience
ā 5+ years leading enterprise scale transformation initiatives
ā Experience advising senior executives and C suite stakeholders
ā Demonstrated success designing and implementing operating model transformations
ā Experience with organizational design, governance, and business process transformation
ā Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
ā Experience leading cross functional teams and complex programs
Preferred Qualifications
ā MBA or advanced business degree
ā Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation practices
ā Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications
ā Experience supporting AI enabled, digital, or technology transformations
