Experience 9+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive hands on experience as a Scrum Master supporting Salesforce-based Agile delivery teams. Role Summary The Senior Salesforce PM/SM/BSA will serve as a servant leader for one or more Salesforce Agile teams, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum practices, smooth sprint execution, and continuous delivery of high quality Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, and deep understanding of Agile delivery in enterprise Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities Project Manager/Scrum Master/Business Analyst (Onshore), who has handled Salesforce implementations, who will need to work with multiple dependent teams, track and be the Point of Contact for all activities on a key project, that will run till end of the year. Must posses strong BSA skills to write user stories, which are discussed in requirement calls. this role will involve participation in higher-level steering committee discussions, so seniority and presence will be key. Must have managed at least 2-3 large scale Salesforce projects each with minimum duration of 6 months Healthcare payer domain experience is a huge plus Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have high degree of comfort managing issue tracking tools like JIRA
