Job description

Data Engineer Lead Azure Data Factory Databricks Snowflake

Location – Charlotte, NC

Rate $65/hr on c2c

Experience 10 years

Responsibilities

Design and develop data pipelines on Azure

Work closely with clients architects for aligning on ETL pipeline design and lead the team for end to end development testing deployment and maintenance

Ensure implementation as per specifications coding standards and project guidelines to ensure code integrity

Prepare necessary documentation as per project needs

Primary Skills

Strong 7 to 10 years of experience in Data engineering especially Azure Data factory Databricks and Snowflake

Experience in designing and implementing endtoend data pipelines on Azure

Strong proficiency in SQL

Good understanding on DWH

Proficient in Azure Devops

Comfortable to work with Copilot for Sudo Code creation Reverse engineering and productivity enhancement

Experience working with Client facing roles

Secondary Skills

Exposure to Airflow or other orchestration tools

Knowledge of Databricks Unity Catalog Delta Lake DLT pipelines

Reinsurance background preferable

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience working with crossfunctional teams and presenting to leadership

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
