JD:
Key Responsibilities
Defect Triage & Management
Lead daily triage calls for Salesforce and nCino LO platform defects
Analyze defects across modules such as:
Loan origination workflows
Credit approvals
Document management
Integrations (e.g., credit bureaus, core banking systems)
Classify defects by severity, priority, and business impact (loan processing impact)
Ensure defects are reproducible, well-documented, and aligned with business scenarios
Salesforce & nCino Functional Coordination
Partner with nCino product owners and banking SMEs to assess business impact
Work closely with Salesforce developers/admins on defect fixes (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Config)
Understand nCino data model, objects, and lending lifecycle to validate defects
Coordinate defects across integrations, APIs, and middleware layers
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary escalation point for critical defects impacting loan processing
Provide continuous updates to business, QA leadership, and release management teams
Drive alignment between technical and functional teams during triage decisions
Quality & Process Improvement
Establish and govern defect triage best practices specific to Salesforce/nCino
Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA)
Recommend improvements in:
Validation rules
Configurations
Data quality
Integration stability
Ensure adherence to release timelines and banking compliance standards
