ML/AI Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ETL + MI/AI Lead to drive data integration, management information (MI) reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, reporting, business intelligence, and AI/ML solutions, with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Develop and manage MI reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across data platforms.
Design and optimize data warehouse and data mart solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
Drive AI/ML initiatives to enhance business insights and operational efficiency.
Lead a team of ETL developers, data analysts, and AI engineers.
Monitor and optimize ETL job performance and data processing workflows.
Establish best practices for data integration, reporting, and AI model deployment.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills
Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Talend, DataStage, or similar.
Advanced SQL and database management skills.
Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Expertise in MI reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for analytics and AI.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and model deployment.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience in data governance and data quality management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data platforms.
Knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data and AI solutions.
Relevant certifications in ETL, Cloud, BI, or AI technologies.
