Job Summary
We are looking for two skilled Data Analysts with strong SQL and data analysis expertise to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidates will have experience in data extraction, analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management.
Support data governance and documentation activities.
Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to improve data processes.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, query optimization).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analysis, data validation, and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
