We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Java expertise to lead enterprise level technology project in the Federal finance domain.  This role required deep tech knowledge combined with exceptional client-facing and executive communication skills to conduct meetings with client, stakeholders, and company CEO.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Java based enterprise applications supporting federal finance systems.
• Provide technical oversight on Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API and related technologies.
• Define project scope, create detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Oversees SDLC from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to Federal Security Standards and finance compliance requirements.
