Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring including metrics, alerting, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and synthetics for end-to-end visibility.

Configure and maintain dashboards (Grail & Classic), tagging, management zones, and observability workflows for proactive issue detection.

Work on open pipeline, parsing, and log/metric ingestion to enable complete observability and data correlation.

Perform agent installation, plugin setup, and cloud integration across environments ensuring seamless monitoring coverage.

Drive incident analysis, root cause identification, and workflow automation to improve system reliability and reduce toil.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver E2E monitoring solutions aligned to business needs.
