Role – ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location – Dallas, TX (Preferred)/Remote(Last Option)
Core Hiring Expectation
Strict requirement for ServiceNow Technical Architects (not Solution Architects)
Must be hands-on (including coding capability if needed)
Candidates should have:
Minimum 4 years as an architect
Strong end-to-end implementation experience (not just design/oversight)
Experience in complex engagements (greenfield & brownfield)

ITSM – Core module, mandatory
ITOM – Mandatory (especially):
Discovery
Service Mapping
MID Server setup
Service Graph Connectors
✅ Experience Expectation
Strong ServiceNow-heavy profile
Example benchmark shared:
10–15 years total experience → 60–70% should be ServiceNow
Within that → at least 4 years as Architect
➕ Secondary / Nice-to-have Skills
ITAM (SAM Pro / HAM Pro) – good addition
SPM – optional (not mandatory)
HRSD (HRST) – not a focus area (avoid pushing HRSD-heavy profiles)
