Title: QA Test Automation Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension)
JD:
- Develop TOSCA test automation framework.
- Define test automation strategy.
- Collaborate with client IT team and identify tests to be automated.
- Work with offshore team.
- Ensure framework support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Guide offshore QA team on best practices, perform code reviews and mentor.
- Establish coding standards, guidelines, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate with developers, product owners, and QA teams.
- Provide test automation status to all stakeholders regularly (or biweekly).
- Publish test automation metrics.
- Conduct defect triage regularly and perform end‑to‑end defect management, including logging, triaging, prioritizing, tracking, and ensuring timely closure of defects.
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in TOSCA automation tool
- UFT automation Tool experience (nice to have only not compulsory)
- This is a client facing role. Strong communication skills, stakeholders management, end to end test management of an application/product test management.
- Experienced in leading regression/progressive test automation in Functional and Integration testing teams
- Preferred :- Experience in Energy Oil and Gas Domain application , experience with Product “Right Angle”
