The Role
Act as the bridge between customers’ commercial, R&D, and operations teams and the technical delivery team. Elicit, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting the integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with Customer stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and B2B Commerce
- Analyze gaps between Customer legacy processes and Salesforce ecosystem
- Serve as liaison between business users, IT, vendors, and development teams
- Support UAT planning, test case creation, and user training
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce BA in Life Sciences / HLS
- Salesforce Knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ fundamentals and B2B Commerce
- Domain: Understanding of reagent/antibody commercial workflows or diagnostic products
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to translate scientific/commercial needs into technical requirements
