Job Summary
This is some detail on what we’re looking for in terms of Sigma:
Moderate BI skills, Sigma-preferred to build the BI layout, controls, and actions
Snowflake SQL to build the queries
Familiarity with JSON to shape the payloads
Familiarity with API concepts to use Sigma’s “Call API” functionality
In addition to the core Sigma, Snowflake SQL, JSON, and API integration skills, the ideal candidate will:
Design scalable BI workflows that transform raw data into intuitive, action‑driving dashboards within Sigma.
Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into well‑structured datasets, queries, and interactive BI components.
Optimize query performance within Snowflake to ensure fast, reliable dashboard experiences across large and complex datasets.
Implement robust data validation and quality checks to maintain accuracy and trust in all delivered insights.
Leverage Sigma’s advanced features—including parameters, controls, actions, and API calls—to automate processes and enhance user interactivity.
Document BI assets and data logic to support maintainability, transparency, and cross‑team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot data issues end‑to‑end, from source ingestion through dashboard rendering, ensuring smooth and consistent data delivery.
