Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS Tech Lead to design, build, and scale cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven applications on AWS. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS services, Infrastructure-as-Code, real-time streaming architectures, and AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Cursor. This is a hands-on leadership role involving architecture, coding, mentoring, CI/CD, and cloud security.

Required Skills

• AWS Services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53
• Strong experience with:
  • AWS Lambda & Serverless Architecture
  • Kinesis Streams
  • DynamoDB
  • OpenSearch / Elasticsearch
• Infrastructure-as-Code:
  • AWS CDK
  • Terraform
• Event-driven architecture using SQS, SNS, EventBridge
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, GitLab CI
• Docker, Microservices, Cloud Security
• Experience with AI tools like Claude and Cursor
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go

Responsibilities

• Lead AWS cloud architecture and technical delivery
• Build scalable serverless and real-time data solutions
• Review and manage IaC deployments across environments
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct design/code reviews
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Ensure AWS security, reliability, and cost optimization
• Stay hands-on with development and production support

Nice to Have

• AWS Solution Architect/DevOps Certifications
• Experience with GenAI/LLM APIs
• Multi-region AWS architecture experience
• Background in streaming analytics or real-time data platform
