Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and delivery-focused Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams across our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, knowledge of Salesforce functionality, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role plays a critical part in driving CRM automation initiatives — translating business challenges into actionable business requirements and user stories. You will work closely with product owners, architects, developers, and end users to define, refine, and deliver solutions that align with business strategy.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in requirements documentation — user stories, BRDs, process maps, use cases, and data dictionaries.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, object relationships, and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage complex business stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working development teams to define technical – application and integration user stories.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex problems and synthesize clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud capabilities including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Einstein AI features.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or CDP concepts and unified customer profile architectures.
- Experience working on integration projects involving MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware platforms.
- Nice to have change management or business transformation experience within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, journey mapping, and process observation with stakeholders at all levels.
- Produce high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce functional designs, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and technical constraints.
- Work with development team to conduct gap analysis between current-state processes and desired future-state Salesforce capabilities.
- Prioritize and manage a backlog of requirements in collaboration with product owners and project managers.
Salesforce Solution Design
- Produce detailed process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional design documents for development teams.
- Advise on optimal use of standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development to reduce technical debt.
- Collaborate with architects and developers on complex integrations, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and testable.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and the Salesforce development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on solution direction, scope, and priorities.
- Present analysis findings, proposed solutions, and trade-off options clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicting priorities with diplomacy and sound judgement.
