They need someone who is open to traveling regularly (not 100%/scheduled is scattered) onsite to Baton Rouge, LA.
As we are approaching the next phase of project, we need an additional ISU Device Management and EAM (Service Order) functional resource.
SAP ISU DM and EAM Functional Consultant
Job Description:
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
* Lead the design, implementation, and testing of SAP ISU DM and EAM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standard processes.
* Collaborate with customers across the organization to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
* Conduct detailed requirement analysis , create functional specifications, create test scenarios, and test scripts for SAP ISU DM and EAM – Utilities projects.
* Supervise the integration of SAP ISU DM, EAM with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU DM, EAM configuration, testing, customization, and optimization.
* Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members on SAP ISU DM , EAM functionalities.
* Keep abreast of the latest SAP ISU DM, EAM developments, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and data privacy standards within the SAP ISU DM and EAM domain.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

* Integration of service orders between SAP service cloud, SAP S4 HANA
* Integration of service orders between SAP S4 HANA and SAP FSM using message broker
