Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windows systems, VMware virtualization, Azure cloud services, storage, backup technologies, and infrastructure automation. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience driving large-scale infrastructure initiatives in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions across on-premise and Azure environments.
Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory Forest Administration and File Server Management.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and KVM.
Configure and maintain storage solutions including SAN/NAS environments.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) processes.
Develop automation scripts and infrastructure management tools using PowerShell and Python.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
Maintain accurate system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Support ITSM processes including incident, change, and problem management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion Agile delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 6 years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Windows System Engineering and Administration.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory Forest Administration and File Server Management.
Expert-level knowledge of VMware, KVM, SAN/NAS storage, and backup systems.
Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of Azure-based infrastructure and cloud services.
Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and system administration.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor technical teams and influence strategic technical decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications related to VMware, Microsoft Azure, or cloud technologies.
Experience with enterprise infrastructure modernization projects.
Prior experience as a technical lead or infrastructure architect.
