Job Description
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies, Product Road mapping, Backlog Management, Stakeholder Management, Product Development Architecture
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Proven experience in defining product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product features and user stories
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Experience in dependency and risk management within product development Exposure to product development architecture and system design
- Experience working with distributed development teams
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – Preferred Certifications
- SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager
Good-to-have
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals Assess customer needs and define product features accordingly
- Prioritize product backlog in collaboration with customers, development teams, and stakeholders
- Coordination between customers, development teams, and business stakeholders Identify, track, and help resolve dependencies and risks impacting product delivery Monitor product progress and ensure development aligns with product vision and roadmap 7 Identify improvement areas, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous product enhancements
Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
