Role: Test Data Management (TDM) Architect/Lead

Must have Skills

Qualifications 

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Masking. 
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience with TDM tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, or similar platforms. 
• Deep expertise in synthetic data modeling, masking techniques, data obfuscation, and subsetting strategies. 
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, or Snowflake. 
• Experience supporting performance, load, and large-scale regression testing data requirements. 
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and secure data handling practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive enterprise change. 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. 

Added / Preferred Skill Sets 

• Experience building or integrating API-driven or agent-based TDM platforms. 
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and environment orchestration. 
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Experience with TDM assessments, maturity models, and enterprise transformation programs. 
• Strong consulting mindset with experience working in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom).
