CSG is seeking Business Analysts with 4+ years of Medicaid and MMISÂ experience to join our consulting staff. You will work on highly productive project teams delivering our services to state government agencies nationwide.Â

Support the Department of Social Services by providing support across all project life cycles through development and review of PMO deliverables, identifying risks and issues, facilitating meetings (including agendas, recordings, and minutes), contributing to project status reports, and performing reviews of vendor deliverables. This position reports to a CSG PMO project manager and the CSG Project Management Officer.

Responsibilities include
➢ Facilitate and document project meetings
➢ Validate post implementation with requirements traceability matrix and manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution
➢ Gather, document, and track business requirements
➢ Manage scope, define assumptions, constraints, and dependencies for design and testing of requirements
➢ Review solution vendor deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy
➢ Assist with development and review of system design
➢ Identify, track, and document RAID items
➢ Assist with management in the development of use and test cases
➢ Provide oversight for test case monitoring and reviewing of test results
➢ Monitor and report on testing activities in all project phases
➢ Draft and review project status reports
➢ Prepare and review system and training documentation
➢ Prepare, review, and/or monitor compliance of any or all project artifacts
➢ Prepare and post updated documentation
➢ Other tasks as assigned by Project Manager and/or PMO Officer

Qualifications include
• Four years of experience working within a Medicaid program or a healthcare-related field
• Seven years of experience in the design, development, and/or implementation of a Medicaid healthcare, and/or data warehouse system in the role of primary business analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
• Experience with MS Project, preferred
• Familiar with SCLS processes and milestones
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• JIRA experience is a plus
• Experience designing surveys and templates
• Two to Three years of experience performing business process analysis and translating business issues into solutions
• Thrives in a collaborative environment
• Is deadline and solution oriented

Travel Requirements:
➢ 25% (once per month) travel to and work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri is required.
➢ During travel weeks, Monday and Friday are considered to be travel days, remote work is acceptable. Tuesday through Thursday, resources are expected to be onsite. Onsite hours are dictated by the client (7:30 to 4:30 has been the standard)
