About the Role:
Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Automate Developer with deep expertise in UiPath and a strong RPA (Robotic Process Automation) background. This role is ideal for a hands-on automation professional who has successfully delivered complex workflow automation solutions, particularly involving UiPath-to-Power Automate transitions or coexistence across both platforms.
You will design, develop, and optimize automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline repetitive processes, and improve business agility.
- The candidate should have experience building scalable RPA solutions.
- A programming background is very important to succeed in the role.
- The candidate should be able to lead the team, with a vision for strategic solutioning and able to help create tactical solutions when needed.
- Expert in UI Path and Power Automate architecture and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop reusable components, connectors, and templates aligned with enterprise automation standards.
· Ensure best practices in security, exception handling, logging, and governance across workflows.
· Conduct code and design reviews to maintain solution quality and compliance with internal IT and data governance policies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process owners, solution architects, and platform administrators.
· Provide technical mentorship and guide junior developers on automation best practices.
Required Qualifications:
· 14+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in RPA development and automation delivery.
· Proven hands-on experience with both UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Automate (Flow, Desktop, Power Apps integration).
· Strong understanding of RPA architecture, automation lifecycle, and workflow orchestration.
· Experience migrating use cases, components, or frameworks from UiPath to Power Automate or vice versa.
· Deep familiarity with API integration, data connectors, AI Builder, adaptive cards, and Power Platform ecosystem.
· Strong scripting and debugging skills using VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
· Expertise in error handling, logging frameworks, secure credential management, and governance models for enterprise-scale automation.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience implementing automation in financial services, investment management, or operations domains.
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI integration scenarios.
· UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate certifications.
