Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data analysis, validation, reporting, and audit readiness initiatives across multiple enterprise systems. The role involves working with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory/compliance alignment, while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and reconcile large datasets across ERP systems, data warehouses, third‑party platforms, and supplier systems.
· Perform data gap analysis, attribute‑level validation, and data quality checks.
· Integrate data related to suppliers, manufacturing, shipments, pricing, and transactional records.
· Develop and support dashboards and reports for compliance, audit, and business decision‑making.
· Establish and document data lineage, metadata, and traceability to support auditable reporting.
· Review supplier and manufacturing data to support material and production traceability.
· Support unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT), including defect analysis and data remediation.
· Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and clearly explain data logic, transformations, and flows.
Required Skills & Experience
· Strong experience in data analysis and master data management (MDM) principles.
· Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
· Hands‑on experience with data preparation/analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx or equivalent).
· Experience with data modeling, data reconciliation, and BI/reporting tools.
· Ability to explain data lineage, logic, and traceability to technical and non‑technical audiences.
· Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
· Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance, or audit initiatives.
· Experience working with supplier, manufacturing, logistics, or financial data domains
