Required Skills

2+ years of Software Engineering experience
Strong experience with:
LLMs / Generative AI
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
AI Agents / Workflow Orchestration
Prompt Engineering & Tool Calling
Proficiency in:
Python / Java / TypeScript
REST APIs
Experience building production-grade AI applications
Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, debugging, and secure coding
Experience with observability, monitoring, and telemetry
Strong understanding of Responsible AI and secure data handling
 

Preferred

Financial Services / Regulated industry experience
Experience with operational workflows and automation
