Role – Senior Integration Engineer – SnapLogic admin & Middleware Support

Location – Remote (East Coast Preferred)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level Integration Engineer with strong SnapLogic experience to support and stabilize an existing integration environment supporting fraud-related platforms. This role will focus primarily on BAU support, platform stabilization, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement activities rather than heavy greenfield development.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SnapLogic expertise along with broader middleware/integration support experience to assist across multiple integration platforms and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing SnapLogic pipelines and integrations

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

• Monitor integration workflows, jobs, and platform performance

• Support BAU operations and stabilization activities

• Handle minor enhancements and ongoing support requests

• Collaborate with business and technical teams during transition activities

• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness

• Participate in incident management and support processes

• Support API integrations and data workflows across enterprise systems

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on SnapLogic experience

• Strong experience in integration support and administration

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

• Production support and troubleshooting expertise

• Strong understanding of ETL and middleware concepts

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, or Workato

• Fraud or financial services domain experience

• CI/CD and DevOps exposure

• SQL/database troubleshooting experience

• Experience working in hybrid support/development environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Mid-to-senior level integration professional

• Strong support-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

• East Coast working hours preferred

• Experience supporting enterprise integration ecosystems
