We are seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Platform Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise content management (ECM), platform engineering, production support, and cloud-integrated infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and optimizing IBM FileNet platforms in large-scale distributed enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Overal 8-10+ years of experience in IT industry with strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet 5.x administration, development support, and production operations.
ā¢ Experience with FileNet deployments, upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
ā¢ Expertise in FileNet content migration, sweep utilities, and mass content updates using APIs.
ā¢ Experience integrating FileNet with storage devices, object storage, and cloud storage solutions.
ā¢ Strong Linux/Unix command-line and scripting experience.
ā¢ Experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
ā¢ Hands-on experience troubleshooting distributed platform and infrastructure environments.
