Responsibilities
• Develop and support solutions using Salesforce technologies, including CRM, Apex, and Lightning components.
• Build and customize applications using:
o Apex classes and triggers
o SOQL queries
o Visualforce pages
o Workflows and approvals
o Dashboards and reports
o Custom objects
o Package installations
o Email templates
o Formulas and validation rules
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce UI experiences.
• Build and support Agentforce AI agents.
• Work with tools such as:
o Force.com IDE
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT
o Avaya
o Cisco
o Chatbots
Skills
• Required certifications:
o Health Cloud Certification
o Agentforce Specialist PD2 Certification
• 3–5 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience, including:
o Salesforce CRM
o Apex language
o SOQL
o Visualforce
• 1+ year of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• 3–5 years of experience with programming languages:
o Apex
o Core Java
o JavaScript
• 3–5 years of experience with tools:
o Force.com IDE
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT (preferred)
• Experience building Agentforce AI agents
• Experience working in Agile methodology (SAFe preferred)
