Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Job Type: 1099 Contract 

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Architect with strong techno-functional expertise for a long-term opportunity in San Jose, California.

Required Skills:
10+ years of Oracle HCM/Payroll experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll
Expertise in US Payroll processing, retro pay, costing, and payroll configurations
Experience with:Fast Formulas
HDL
HCM Extracts
OTBI / BI Publisher
REST/SOAP APIs
Experience working on end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Additional Details:
Onsite role – 3 days/week in San Jose, CA
Candidates should be open to relocation if not local
