Essential Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects Peripheral testing is a must. Knowledge on Branch application is a plus. Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing. Seasoned knowledge of SDLC| testing concepts| methodologies (waterfall| agile etc) metrics| automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.Extensive experience in system analysis | assessment| programming and troubleshooting of software applicationsMust have strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality centre| Confluence| JIRA Testing tools (Git or Bitbucket| Maven| Postman| SoapUI or similar tools)Must have worked in Banking or Financial domain
