Role Descriptions:

 

The role involves ensuring that all projects within the program contribute to the organizations long-term objectives

Establishing clear goals and milestones

Adapting quickly

Conducting risk assessments

Providing regular updates to stakeholders

Establishing KPIs and articulating the value of in-house tools and processes.

 

Additionally the candidate will be responsible for creating strategic documents, developing walking decks,  consulting on process improvements and engaging in program management discussions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Program Alignment and Goal Setting:

Ensure all projects in the program contribute to the organizations long-term objectives.

Establish clear goals and milestones for the programs.

2.Adaptability and Risk Management:

Adapt quickly and work closely with other organizational leads for a cohesive approach.

Conduct risk assessments and create plans to mitigate risks and address issues.

3.Stakeholder Communication:

Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on program progress.

Work closely with organizational and team leads as well as project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.

4.Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.

5.Value Articulation:

Clearly articulate the unique value of in-house tools and processes. Effectively promote and sell these tools and processes.

6.Strategy Document Creation:

Develop comprehensive documents that align team strategies with higher management goals.

Ensure strategies are clearly communicated and actionable.

7.Walking Deck Development:

Create a walking deck outlining the security teams mission| goals and accomplishments.

Present the walking deck to various stakeholders to highlight achievements

8.Process Improvement:

Propose an ideal process for monthly data collection and distribution and other areas.

Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

9.Program Management:

Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of various programs and projects.
