We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong experience in integration projects, specifically leveraging Dell Boomi. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define, document, and deliver scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-driven, and capable of translating complex business requirements into technical integration designs.

Key Responsibilities

•              Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders to define integration use cases and business processes

•              Analyze current-state systems and workflows to identify integration opportunities and process improvements

•              Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for Dell Boomi integrations

•              Partner with integration architects and developers to design APIs, data mappings, and workflows within Boomi

•              Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents

•              Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint ceremonies in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Support testing efforts including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution for integration solutions

•              Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, legacy platforms)

•              Act as a liaison between business units, integration teams, and external vendors

Required Qualifications

•              8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on enterprise integration projects

•              Hands-on experience supporting implementations using Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere platform preferred)

•              Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data integration concepts

•              Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and integration workflows

•              Proven ability to develop detailed requirements and process documentation (BRDs, user stories, workflows)

•              Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

•              Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

•              Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365) with other enterprise applications

•              Exposure to middleware, iPaaS, or ESB platforms beyond Boomi

•              Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

•              Experience in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas

Familiarity with data governance, master data management
