Required Skills:
6–8 years of experience in contact center technologies or related development roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX / PureCloud.
Expertise in:
IVR design and call flow development
Secure call flows and bot integrations
Solid understanding of:
RESTful and SOAP web services JSON/XML data formats API authentication (OAuth) Proficiency in at least one scripting language: JavaScript Python PowerShell
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices in cloud environments.
Familiarity with CTI integrations and customer interaction platforms.
