Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Tech Lead / Genesys IVR Tech Lead with strong expertise in IVR Design, Call Flow Development, Secure IVR Flows, and Bot Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), CTI integrations, and strong knowledge of API-based integrations using REST/SOAP services with JSON/XML payloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud / Genesys platforms.
- Design and implement call flows, routing strategies, and customer self-service journeys.
- Develop and maintain secure IVR flows ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Build and integrate bots / virtual assistants within IVR environments.
- Integrate external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and XML payloads.
- Work on CTI integrations for seamless customer interaction management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize IVR performance.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams for solution delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentoring to team members.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as Genesys Tech Lead / Genesys IVR Tech Lead
- Hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud (PureCloud)
- Experience in CTI Genesys
- IVR Design & Call Flow Development
- Secure IVR flow implementation
- Bot integration within contact center environments
