Job Title : Oracle Cloud ORC Techno-Functional Functional Consultant

Location : Remote

Duration : 12+ Months

 

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         The candidate is expected to have 10+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.

·         S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).

·         The candidate must have expert working experience in Recruiting modules in Fusion HCM (Oracle HCM Cloud).

·         The candidate should possess in-depth understanding of Fusion HCM Cloud Recruiting business processes and their data flow.

·         The candidate should have been in client-facing roles for Fusion HCM Projects and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.

·         Candidate should possess good experience in enabling Redwood UI along with VBS for Oracle SaaS Cloud for Oracle Recruiting modules.

·         Possess good understanding of the profile options necessary for enabling Redwood for Recruiting Transactions.

·         Possess Good understanding of the issues related to Redwood UI enablement for Recruiting pages and their resolution process.

·         Ability to guide the customer and the team on the best practices on Redwood enablement.

·         Have good experience in re-doing/migrating necessary customizations/personalization’s in Redwood using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

·         Possess the ability to use Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to configure and extend Oracle Cloud applications.

·         Possess Good experience of applying business validations on the page, defaulting fields based on region/location/BU/LOB, using bind variables on the UI pages.

·         Have good experience of working in Express mode to work with Constants, Business Rules, Page Properties etc. to support business requirements.

·         Have good understanding of the ability to Enable/hide fields w.r.t to the context (ex. Manager / Employee/ HR Manager).

·         Possess good experience of bringing and integrating Journeys on the pages.

·         Good experience of enabling Reports/ Dashboard on the standard pages.

·         Possess Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Web Services (SOAP/REST).

·         Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment.
