Position: Digital Technical Product Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) – Need locals ONLY
Duration: 6+ months contract
Rate: $50/hr on C2C max
Job Description:
Digital Technical Product Manager
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure digital solutions.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive digital user experience (UX) by partnering with design teams and validating via user research.
- Use data and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance, security, and regulatory alignment, especially in BFSI and other regulated industries.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product status, risks, and milestones.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the product team. Strong knowledge in Personal Insurance domain, Insurance Sales, Services, payments, and billing.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
