- Job Description for SAP SD OTC:
· Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP SD OTC with solution design, implementation, focus on publishing industry is preferred
· Expertise in SAP OTC process with strong integration experience with other sap modules like FI/CO, MM P2P etc.
· The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design, delivery leadership, ability to lead teams, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across global OTC processes
· Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana.
Responsibilities
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD OTC configurations and solution
· Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders
· Provide project governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting
· Act as the primary liaison between business process owners and the SAP delivery team
· Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and other e-commerce platforms systems
· Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, particularly in areas such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery
· Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation/Migration/AMS projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget
· Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate salesforce into overall IT strategy
· SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA) is added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 15+ years of SAP SD & OTC functional experience.
· Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP implementations as SD/OTC Lead.
· Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes across multiple industries.
· Expertise in S/4HANA features (Fiori apps, Universal Journal impacts, BP, new credit mgmt.).
· Hands-on experience with EDI, interfaces, and integration scenarios.
· Ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and own delivery outcomes.
· Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
· Experience in working with global teams and multi-country rollouts.
