We are looking for an experienced Lead Storage Engineer with strong expertise in large-scale NAS & Object Storage migrations across enterprise environments.
Key Skills:
• NetApp ONTAP (Clustered Mode)
• Oracle ZFS
• Object Storage (StorageGRID, HCP)
• NAS Protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS)
• Migration Tools (SnapMirror, Datadobi)
Role Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute end-to-end storage migrations
• Assess source/target environments and migration readiness
• Build migration strategy, sequencing, and execution plans
• Perform data migration, cutover, and validation
• Handle post-migration stabilization and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in enterprise storage & datacenter migrations
• Hands-on expertise with SnapMirror / Datadobi
• Knowledge of access controls, ACLs, and performance optimization
• Ability to work in high-impact, time-sensitive environments
