Job Description

Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote

Pos. Type: Contract

Visas: USC /GC-EAD/H4-EAD- NO GC

Need LinkedIn, VISA DL

 

 

  • 12+ years overall I/T
  • 7-12+ years Salesforce Development experience.
  • Must be able to describe their projects well from both a USE case and technical perspective.  If they cant affectively describe their projects, they are not a fit.
  • Must provide 3 references.  Must be from current project plus 2 other projects.  Must be the Lead or manager they reported to, not peer level.
  • LinkedIn:  Resumes MUST match the resume prior to you sending me the candidate.  DO NOT ADD SKILLS TO THE RESUME THAT THE CANDIDATE cannot answer deep questions on.  If they only are familiar, DO NOT PUT IT ON THE RESUME!!!   A technical person from Innova will call them and screen. If they are caught looking up answers, they will be disqualified. There can be NO delays in them answering questions.  They should not ask the interviewer to repeat the question (this is a sign they are looking up answers (or using AI to listen and recommend answers.. not acceptable)

I am looking for someone that has done development work in the Salesforce platform (vs configuration) and has some exposure to deploying SF projects using a more web-based CI/CD pipeline (Github and Github Actions).

  1. What is the interview process? (How many rounds?  I assume its video only? (no face to face)

Two rounds.  Video.  R1 with manager, not very technical, for fit and problem solving skills.  R2 is tech

  1. What are the Required vs. Preferred skills?
