Model Risk Management (MRM) Product Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced MRM Product Lead to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an enterprise scale Model Risk Management platform. This role requires a strong blend of product leadership, technical depth, and domain expertise across model lifecycle and risk governance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product roadmap, translating user needs into clear product requirements and release plans.
Partner with business, risk, engineering, and data teams to align features with regulatory and operational priorities.
Work hands on with Azure cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, and MLflow components. Leverage experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) to guide AI enabled product capabilities. Provide technology and architecture guidance on model lifecycle, risk controls, and workflow automation.
Ensure strong documentation, governance, and cross functional alignment.
Required Skills
Strong Product Lead experience in Model Risk Management.
Deep technical background in Azure, Python, Java, Databricks, MLflow, Snowflake, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
