Job Title: Senior AI / ML Engineer (Cloud, GenAI & Analytics)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design and deliver enterprise‑grade, production‑ready AI solutions.
This is an AI/ML‑focused role, with data engineering skills as a secondary capability to support scalable and high‑quality data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
AI / ML & Generative AI (Primary)
Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and generative AI
Develop and operationalize end‑to‑end ML pipelines (feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring)
Build and optimize LLM‑based architectures, including prompt engineering and RAG patterns
Lead AI experimentation and prototyping to solve complex business problems
Implement MLOps and CI/CD practices for reliable and scalable AI systems
Establish AI best practices covering governance, security, and observability
Data Engineering & Analytics (Secondary)
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics use cases
Build and manage cloud data platforms using Snowflake
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent tools
Create dashboards and analytical views using Power BI / Tableau
Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines
Required Skills
Strong Python skills for AI/ML development and analytics
Hands‑on experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs
Experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions
Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms
Experience with ADF or similar ETL/ELT tools
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and observability
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise systems
Exposure to telecom or large‑scale enterprise data
Experience working in Agile enterprise environments
