Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (RPA) who has evolved from a hands-on development background into a leadership role. This individual will operate in a hybrid capacity (50% Lead Developer / 50% Project Manager), driving end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions while actively contributing to development, deployment, and infrastructure setup.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate) along with hands-on experience in solution deployment, CI/CD pipelines, environment setup, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical / Development (50%):
– Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate
– Act as a Lead Developer, guiding architecture, design patterns, and best practices
– Hands-on bot development, debugging, and optimization
– Build and manage CI/CD pipelines across Dev, QA, UAT, Prod
– Configure orchestrators, bot runners, and VMs
– Establish secure system integrations (APIs, DBs, third-party)
– Troubleshoot deployment and network issues

Project / Program Management (50%):
– Lead end-to-end project delivery
– Gather requirements and translate into solutions
– Drive Agile ceremonies
– Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders
– Ensure quality and scalability
– Provide reporting and executive updates

Required Qualifications:
– 8–15 years experience with progression from Developer → Lead → PM
– Hands-on RPA experience (UiPath / Power Automate)
– Strong CI/CD, infrastructure, and automation experience
– Knowledge of networking, APIs, DBs
– Agile and DevOps knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
– Enterprise-scale automation experience
– Azure experience
– AI/OCR integration experience
– Good to have: Healthcare provider domain experience including patient scheduling, billing, or claims workflows
– Certifications: UiPath, Power Platform, PMP/Scrum
