Job Title: IBM MQ Administrator (Middleware Admin)
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Role Overview:
The IBM MQ Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IBM MQ environments across distributed platforms. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performance messaging infrastructure to support enterprise applications.
Technical Skills:
– Hands-on experience with IBM MQ v8/v9 or higher.
– Strong knowledge of MQ architecture, clustering, and distributed queue management.
– Proficiency in scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python) for automation.
– Familiarity with MQ monitoring tools (MQ Explorer, AppDynamics, Dynatrace).
– Understanding of networking and messaging protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS).
